1. Initial Consultation & Gap Analysis
• Review of current policies, procedures, and compliance status.

2. Policy & Documentation Review

• Ensuring alignment with FORS Bronze standards.
• Guidance on record-keeping and compliance documentation.

3. Vehicle & Driver Compliance Checks

Once approved we will provide a Toolbox Pack which enables you to maintain this accreditation. We will also connect you with Fleet Max to help track your fuel logs.

We also recommend you nominate a FORS Practitioner within the business who will require training on specific FORS Modules.

To qualify for Earned Recognition status, operators must undergo a comprehensive audit which reviews several key areas, including:

Legal Compliance

Drivers Hours and Tachographs are effectively managed, analysing infringements, missing mileage & managing repeat offenders.  Drivers have regular licence checks too.

Policies & Procedures

Comprehensive, up-to-date policies consistent with or exceeding regulatory standards.

Maintenance

Regular and thorough vehicle inspections and timely repairs, documented meticulously.

Safety Records

Demonstration of a robust safety culture, including records of incident reporting and subsequent actions taken.
