The price for this service:
£1,250 net
The inspection will cover all key areas of health & safety compliance, ensuring your site aligns with HSE regulations, industry best practices, and legal requirements. Our assessment will include an on-site inspection with a detailed walkthrough of all areas, identifying hazards and non-compliance.
Main area to inspect is 2nd floor consisting of 3x offices 3 x meeting rooms. Ground floor area and walkway. Could also have access to 1st floor 6th form school area though independent audit has already been conducted on behalf of the school.
Key Focus Areas:
✅ General Workplace Safety – Walkways, staircases, flooring, lighting, emergency exits
✅ Fire Safety Compliance – Fire exits, extinguishers, signage, evacuation procedures
✅ Welfare Facilities – Toilets, washing areas, break rooms, hygiene standards
✅ First Aid & Emergency Preparedness – First aid kits, staff training, emergency response plans
Once completed we will provide a H&S Inspection Report including photographic evidence where applicable
Highlight immediate, medium, and long-term risks
Action Plan & Recommendations providing Clear steps to rectify issues and improve safety standards

Demonstration of a robust safety culture, including records of incident reporting and subsequent actions taken.
