Provide an Operator Licence Audit which focuses on transport operations and safety as well as compliance systems. This audit would meet the expected standard set out by the Traffic Commissioner. Areas covered on this audit include operator licence management, reasonability's of the TM, vehicle standards, driver hours, operational management, security requirements, driver management, training & additional policies.
Day 1 - Conduct Audit Onsite
Day 2 - Complete write up report, close off any outstanding areas of the audit and provide de-brief
