The price for this service:
£495 net Initial Month
Objective:
To provide structured mentoring support for newly appointed Transport Manager, providing support in fulfilling day-to-day responsibilities and Operator Licence compliance.
Support Plan:
Format: Mentoring delivered via Microsoft Teams
Schedule:
Weeks 1–4: Weekly 1-hour Teams call - £495 net
Thereafter: Bi-weekly 1-hour Teams calls 3 Months - £250 net
Ad-Hoc support either by telephone or email for challenges that arise. *Please note additional charges may apply if more help is required other than telephone/email correspondence.

Addressing specific questions or challenges as they arise
Guidance on compliance, vehicle and driver management, and key documentation
Sharing best practices tailored to your operation

Initial mentoring over a 4-month period, with the option to extend based on ongoing requirements.
Peer-To-Peer group - £125 net
Meet last Wednesday of every month 6.30pm-8pm. Discuss all things transport. Meet with like minded Transport Managers with various degrees of transport knowledge.

Regular and thorough vehicle inspections and timely repairs, documented meticulously.
Safety Records
Demonstration of a robust safety culture, including records of incident reporting and subsequent actions taken.
