The price for this service:

£350 net per month - 12-month agreement

Flagship Partners is pleased to present this proposal for retained Health & Safety support over a 12-month period. This package is designed to provide practical, competent, and responsive support, ensuring compliance and a strong safety culture across your business.

Core Support & Competency
Dedicated Relationship Manager
You will be assigned a fully qualified and experienced consultant who will act as your H&S Advisor. They will be your main point of contact and will guide you through your compliance responsibilities, using there expertise and experience.

Competent Person Service
As required under The Management of Health & Safety at Work Regulations 1999, Flagship Partners will act as your named Competent Person, providing access to expert advice and guidance.

Annual Site Visit
One on-site visit per year is included to review progress, assess workplace safety, and provide in-person guidance as required.

Documentation & Compliance
Health & Safety Policy
Creation or review of your business’s Health & Safety Policy to ensure it aligns with current legislation and best practice.

Risk Assessments
Review key workplace risk assessments based on your operations and industry-specific risks.

Method Statements / Safe Systems of Work
Review method statements and safe systems of work to ensure practical control measures are in place.

12-Month Health & Safety Schedule
A planned schedule of support activities over the year, including document reviews, updates, and compliance checks to keep you on track.

Risk Profile
A tailored risk profile will be produced to help shape the documentation and ensure the support aligns specifically with the risks relevant to your business.

Ongoing Support & Communication
Recall Service
We commit to responding to any urgent requests for support within one business day.

Verbal Advice with Written Follow-Up
To ensure clarity and consistency, all verbal advice provided will be confirmed via email for your records.

Welcome Pack & Partnership Certificate
At the start of the agreement, you’ll receive a Welcome Pack outlining the year ahead, and a Partnership Certificate demonstrating your ongoing Health & Safety commitment — a valuable asset for staff, clients, and visitors.

Regular Updates
You’ll receive relevant and timely updates throughout the year to ensure you stay informed of legislative changes, best practice guidance, and helpful resources related to your industry and risk profile.

The Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency’s (DVSA) Earned Recognition scheme is a voluntary accreditation programme designed for fleet operators striving for the highest safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance standards. To qualify for Earned Recognition status, operators must undergo a comprehensive audit which reviews several key areas, including:

Legal Compliance

Drivers Hours and Tachographs are effectively managed, analysing infringements, missing mileage & managing repeat offenders.  Drivers have regular licence checks too.

Policies & Procedures

Comprehensive, up-to-date policies consistent with or exceeding regulatory standards.

Maintenance

Regular and thorough vehicle inspections and timely repairs, documented meticulously.

Safety Records

Demonstration of a robust safety culture, including records of incident reporting and subsequent actions taken.
