This proposal outlines a structured, three-stage approach designed to help support your business in embedding best practice Health & Safety (H&S) standards across your operational site.

Our objective is to deliver a tailored consultancy service that ensures legal compliance, cultivates a strong safety culture, and reduces risk to both employees and the organisation.

Stage 1: Assessment & Planning
Objective: Establish a baseline of current practices and identify areas for improvement.

Support Includes:

• Full site Health & Safety audit with prioritised action plan
• Review of current documentation and procedures
• Staff engagement and knowledge check
• Deliverable: Comprehensive audit report and improvement roadmap.

Stage 2: Implementation & Training
Objective: Begin embedding best practices and improving site standards.

Support Includes:

• Development or revision of H&S documents and risk assessments
• Delivery of site-specific toolbox talks
• Provide training and development plan
• Implementation support for control measures
• Assignment of internal roles and responsibilities
• Provide any communication materials to reinforce safety engagement
• Deliverable: Clear, documented improvements in H&S management and staff understanding.

Stage 3: Ongoing Support & Review
Objective: Provide continued guidance to maintain and enhance safety performance.

Support Includes:

• Continuation of site visits for inspections, coaching, and reviews
• Incident investigation support
• Monthly toolbox talks and updates
• Review performance benchmarking
• Ongoing advice and consultancy
• Deliverable: Consistent compliance monitoring and continuous improvement.

Pricing Options
I can suggest two flexible contract options based on your level of required support:

Option 1: 6-Month Support Contract – £1,417.00 per month
Support Breakdown:

o First 3 months: Bi-weekly site visits (6 total)
o Following 3 months: One visit per month (3 total)

Option 2: 12-Month Support Contract – £866.00
Support Breakdown:

o First 3 months: Bi-weekly site visits (6 total)
o Following 3 months: One visit per month (3 total)
o Final 6 months: Quarterly visits (2 total)

To qualify for Earned Recognition status, operators must undergo a comprehensive audit which reviews several key areas, including:

Legal Compliance

Drivers Hours and Tachographs are effectively managed, analysing infringements, missing mileage & managing repeat offenders.  Drivers have regular licence checks too.

Policies & Procedures

Comprehensive, up-to-date policies consistent with or exceeding regulatory standards.

Maintenance

Regular and thorough vehicle inspections and timely repairs, documented meticulously.

Safety Records

Demonstration of a robust safety culture, including records of incident reporting and subsequent actions taken.
