Proposal: Interim Transport Consultancy Support
With your current external Transport Manager leaving, it is essential to maintain robust oversight of your Operator’s Licence to satisfy the Traffic Commissioner and ensure continued compliance. Flagship can step in on an interim basis to provide the necessary cover, giving stability and confidence while you transition.
Support Package – 7 Hours per Month
Our proposal includes:
• Oversight of transport compliance requirements.
• Review of tachograph data, driver hours, and infringements.
• Maintenance record checks, PMI sheets, and MOT performance to safeguard OCRS.
• Guidance on systems and processes to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Telephone and email advice for urgent compliance queries.
We propose delivering this support on a rolling monthly contract, with an expectation that it will be required for approximately 3 months until a permanent solution is in place.
