Programme Objectives
- The coaching programme will equip Lewis with the tools and support to:
- Lead with confidence and respect, despite age or experience gaps.
- Manage performance effectively, provide feedback, and uphold accountability.
- Navigate conflict and interpersonal issues with empathy and assertiveness.
- Understand and apply disciplinary procedures correctly and fairly.
- Shift team culture from “that’s not my job” to one of ownership and collaboration.
- Create psychological safety to foster trust and open communication.
- Lead the team through change, including upcoming system transitions.

Delivery Format
Trainer: Pete Rushmer, Managing Director, Flagship Partners
Delivery: In-person at Flagship Partners Premises.
Session Length: 2 hours per session
Frequency: Monthly
Duration: 6 sessions over 6 months
Support: Includes planning, preparation, and ad-hoc coaching access for Lewis between sessions
Investment: £395 net per session (Total: £2,370 net)
Proposed Session Structure
Month 1: Performance Management- Setting clear expectations, giving feedback, regular 1:1s.
Month 2: Conflict Management- Tackling tension, assertive conversations, building respect.
Month 3: Disciplinary Processes- Procedural fairness, HR alignment, documentation.
Month 4: Influence & Leadership- Gaining team trust, leading across age and experience gaps.
Month 5: Team Mindset & Ownership- Reframing “that’s not my job”, promoting collective responsibility.
Month 6: Leading Change- Preparing the team for software adoption and behavioural buy-in.
Each session will be highly practical and adapted in real-time to reflect current team challenges and Lewis’s ongoing development.
Next Steps
We propose the following actions to initiate the programme:
1.Confirm approval of the proposal and investment.
2.Schedule a short pre-programme planning call with Lewis and internal stakeholders.
3.Set dates for the six monthly sessions.
4.Pete will then commence delivery, with session follow-ups and ongoing access for Lewis.
This proposal is designed to provide Lewis with the tools, mindset, and ongoing support required to develop into a confident, trusted, and effective leader. By working with Flagship Partners, Dalrod will be investing in a cultural shift that drives responsibility, collaboration, and readiness for operational change.
