12-Month Programme – 2 On-Site Visits & 2 Remote Days
Focused on Action Planning, Implementation, and Monitoring
Overview
This 12-month compliance support programme is designed to assist your business in reviewing, responding to, and implementing the recommendations from a previously completed external compliance audit. Our goal is to support you in closing compliance gaps, improving transport systems, and ensuring long-term regulatory alignment.
Support will be delivered via two on-site visits and two remote consultancy days spread across the year.
This includes preparation, travel, policy updates, telephone or email support where needed and all support activities outlined below
Step 1: Audit Review & Action Planning
(Remote Consultancy Day 1)
• Review findings and recommendations from the externally conducted compliance audit
• Analyse risk ratings and prioritise actions based on urgency and impact
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop a practical and achievable compliance action plan
Deliverables:
• Reviewed audit summary and priority checklist
• Tailored 12-month compliance improvement plan
• Templates or documents to support action plan delivery
Step 2: Implementation Support & Policy Review
(On-site Visit 1)
• Support in implementing key compliance actions from the audit plan
• Review existing transport policies, driver procedures, and documentation
• Identify opportunities for improvement in operational and safety practices
• Provide updated policy drafts where required
Deliverables:
• Updated policies (where needed)
• Implementation support report
• Staff engagement or briefing session (optional)
Step 3: Monitoring & Follow-Up
(On-site Visit 2 + Remote Consultancy Day 2)
• Follow-up on progress made since Visit 1
• Evaluate implementation status and address ongoing compliance challenges
• Conduct sample checks on maintenance records, driver files, or other key processes
• Use remote day to provide advice, updates on regulatory changes, and prepare next steps
