Overview
This proposal outlines the scope of work and support Flagship Partners will provide to support four Operator Licence applications, alongside ongoing guidance and compliance oversight for your transport operations. This service is designed to ensure a compliant and effective setup, particularly focusing on the integration of the Convey digital software platform and building sustainable compliance processes across your operations.
Scope of Support
1. Operator Licence Application Support (4 Applications)
• End-to-end support with submission and management of four Operator Licence applications.
• Guidance on Traffic Commissioner expectations and application requirements.
2. Transport Operations Setup & Guidance
• Support and advice on implementing Convey, including:
o Tachograph analysis
o Digital walkaround checks
o Driver licence checks
• Guidance on policies, procedures, and systems to establish a compliant transport operation.
3. Ongoing Compliance Support (Until March 2026)
• Oversight of Operator Licence compliance obligations, with monthly remote reviews.
• 1x remote support day per month, including:
o Scheduled compliance reviews
o Ongoing policy and process support
o Advice and guidance on any updates to legislation or best practices
• Telephone and email call-back support during working hours.
Service Duration
• Support will be delivered through to March 2026, at which point a formal review will be conducted to determine future service needs.
Service Options
Option 1 – Staged Payment with Upfront Application Fee
• Upfront fee: £1,600 (Operator Licence applications support)
• Retained monthly support: £945 per month (for 8 months)
• Total cost: £9,160 over 8 months
• Includes all remote services detailed above
• Application fees to the Traffic Commissioner are excluded
Option 2 – Fully Retained Service
• Monthly fee: £1,145 per month
• Operator Licence application support included within retained monthly fee
• Ongoing remote support continues monthly through to March 2026
• Application fees to the Traffic Commissioner are excluded
Additional Notes
• This is a remote service; any in-person visits, if requested, will be charged at our standard day rate.
• Operator Licence application fees payable to the Office of the Traffic Commissioner are not included and will be charged directly to the client.
• Services beyond the outlined scope (e.g., additional applications, site audits) can be quoted separately as required.
