Ensure your existing FORS Bronze accreditation is current and compliant, as it is a prerequisite for Silver renewal.

Assist in gathering and updating required evidence, including:

Vehicle safety equipment specifications and records

Driver training logs (including Safe Urban Driving / LoCITY modules)

Incident and near-miss reports with analysis

Fuel usage and emissions data with reduction strategies

✅ Performance Data Submission
Guide your team through submission of KPIs related to fuel efficiency, CO₂ emissions, and collision data.
✅ Policy & Risk Assessment Updates
Review and update operational risk assessments and collision reduction plans in line with FORS Silver requirements.
✅ Audit Readiness
Prepare all necessary documentation for upload to the FORS portal and ensure readiness for audit or review.

Once completed we can provide a monthly retainer to maintain this over a 2 year period.

The cost for this will be £195 net and will require committing to a 2 year contract.
