Course Duration: 3 Days, 2 people

Trainer will complete an assessment on each driver initially and provide feedback. This gives you a practical demonstration of an assessment. This also helps you identify what areas to look for when completing your own assessments.
You will then carry out an assessment on the trainer demonstrating what you have learnt and putting this into practice. The trainer will then provide feedback and tips and where time permits complete a 2nd assessment to validate.

Assessment and Certification
Participants will undergo practical assessments and complete a final evaluation to demonstrate their training and assessing competencies. Upon successful completion, attendees will receive a Train-the-Trainer Driver Assessor Certificate, qualifying them to train and assess HGV drivers within their organisation.
