Option 1: GAP Analysis Approach
• One-day on-site visit
• Focused review of current policies and documentation to ensure they meet DVSA ER standards
• Post-visit report outlining key findings and next steps to achieve full compliance

Purpose:
A practical first step for operators who need to benchmark current systems and identify gaps before committing to the full audit.

Option 2: Full Operator Licence Audit
Pre-audit preparation including review of:

• Current policies
• Two years of MOT history
• Three years of OCRS (Operator Compliance Risk Score) data
• Two-day on-site visit for a thorough audit of systems, documentation, and compliance practices

Purpose:
A comprehensive approach designed to assess full compliance and readiness for submission to DVSA.

Important Notes
Engagement from a Head of Transport and Transport Administrator is recommended to streamline access to documentation and reduce delays.

*Additional days may be required if there are delays in accessing necessary documents or support. Any extra days would be charged at our standard day rate.
